Our Story
Wilkin began with a simple idea: a private home should be cared for properly, whether its owner is there or not.
Where It Began
Born from a need for dependable care.
The story of Wilkin Property Management began during the Covid-19 pandemic, when a group of experienced household staff came together to support neighbours through an unprecedented period.
Based in Belgravia, we became increasingly aware of the number of high-value homes that had been left unoccupied. Owners were unable to return, normal routines had been disrupted and properties still needed someone dependable nearby to look after them.
What was needed was often remarkably straightforward: a watchful eye, regular checks, practical assistance and someone prepared to deal with an issue before it became a larger problem.
From There, Wilkin Grew
Care that goes beyond simply checking a property.
That experience highlighted something which remains at the heart of Wilkin today. Looking after a private home is about much more than responding when something goes wrong.
It is about understanding the property, anticipating what it needs and providing the owner with confidence that everything is being properly cared for in their absence.
That principle became Wilkin Property Management.
